HEIC Converter release notes

The current public release is 6.1.0 (August 17, 2026). WinGet previously shipped 2.1.11 (July 2026). This page lists user-visible changes in 6.1.0 compared with that build.

6.1.0 still includes batch conversion of HEIC/HEIF photos to JPG, PNG, WebP, or PDF, watch folders, Explorer Quick Convert, and Explorer thumbnails and preview pane. Conversion Library Plus shipped in 6.0.0 and is in this installer. Looking for what we might build next? See the product roadmap.
