Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using HEIC Converter ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service and the End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

Licenses are a one-time purchase (not a subscription). Upon purchase of a valid license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on one (1) computer for personal or commercial use, depending on the license purchased.

The free trial provides full functionality for up to 10 file conversions.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, rent, or use the Software unlawfully, or use one license on multiple computers simultaneously beyond what your license permits.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment: Processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD.

Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact support within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. Local Processing

HEIC Converter processes all photo conversions locally on your computer. We do not have access to your photos, and they are never uploaded to any server.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.
